Our history
From 2014 to today
2014
The practice begins as Landspace Values and Property Management, offering valuation and property management services to private clients and small institutional landlords in Nairobi.
2015
The firm is incorporated as Landspace Consultants Limited, a private limited liability company under Certificate of Incorporation No. CPR/2015/178643, formalising its structure for panel work with regulated lenders.
Today
Operating from a head office in Westlands, Nairobi, with a branch office in Nakuru, the firm delivers valuation, estate and facilities management, mortgage brokerage and construction project management across Kenya.
